Good evening, sweet minions! It's that time of the day again, which can only mean one thing: either you're on your fourth scotch, or it's time for today's episode of The Destructoid Show! (Or both, if you're me.)

On tonight's program, we've got a ton of game trailers to cover. Max gives us the run-down on Dmc Devil May Cry, Soul Calibur 5, Mass Effect 3 and Battlefield 3, while I dish my opinions on the recent Borderlands 2 and Lollipop Chainsaw trailers. Expect to see a lot of gushing from Max now that he's finally able to talk about Saints Row 3, while I now deem the act of challenging videogame companies to a battle as the preferred method of settling legal disputes.

Hot on the heels of yesterday's brand new trailer, Electronic Arts has put out a batch of new screenshots for Funcom's upcoming MMO The Secret World. Along with the announcement of a release date in April 2012 and some upcoming betas, I'd say we're now going to be hearing a lot more about this release.

The core concept -- various factions defending the Earth from supernatural forces in actual cities across the globe -- is still really interesting. Of course, the game is going to succeed or fail on its gameplay, so hopefully we can get some hands-on impressions of The Secret World soon.

Konami's Leedmees comes to Kinect on September 7 screenshot

It's been nearly a year since Microsoft released the Kinect hardware and now we're finally starting to see more titles which use the motion control system drip into the marketplace. Leedmees, an Xbox Live Arcade game in which you use your body to create surfaces for adorable little critters to crawl across, has now received a release date of September 7.

Even though it isn't practical for me to use Kinect in my household, I still have all kinds of fantasies about how the tech can be applied to make interesting and unique gaming experiences. Leedmees looks to me to be just a few notches above what the EyeToy brought to the table a generation ago but at least it's something.

More Disney Universe news coming at you. A new world and character outfits have been released. In addition to the characters already touted, anyone playing will get to run around as popular characters from The Lion King. Some of the areas you can look forward to will include the Pride Lands and Elephant Graveyard.

One of my all time favorite games is The Lion King on the Genesis, and I already wanted to play this, but adding The Lion King is even more incentive. Granted this won't be the same, but I'm still hoping for some bug catching mini-game action.

Barbarians plus guns leads to chaos in Battlefield Heroes screenshot

Today, EA showed off a new trailer for the current running free-to-play online shooter Battlefield Heroes. It shows off a new set of skins that you can purchase for your character based on the barbarians of the north.

The video announces this with a nice little sense of humor, showing off the ensuing chaos as these savages are given guns to replace their old weapons.

You can prepare to put on your leather underwear and go berserk right away as the Savage Heroes pack is currently out for Battlefield Heroes.

New trailer for Uncharted: Golden Abyss looks fantastic screenshot

Sony has released a trailer for Uncharted: Golden Abyss today, and it's exactly what you'd expect from an Uncharted title. There's a new babe, a new bro and a new treasure to hunt down. It also looks like the other Uncharted titles, truly making me believe this could have been launched on the PS3. It just looks that beautiful.

This trailer, and the fact that the Uncharted series is one of the most premier series out there, proves Uncharted: Golden Abyss just might be the strongest offering in the PlayStation Vita library that we've seen so far. The absolutely striking visuals on such a small scale is also a nice touch. I want a PS Vita just so I can play this game alone. Hopefully we don't have to wait too much longer to get our hands on one.

Expansion coming for Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 screenshot

Magic the Gathering fans rejoice! A new expansion for Duels of the Planeswalkers 2012 is incoming. Sure, we expected it would happen, but we have some pretty screenshots to prove it now.

You'll be able to play the new Archenemy game type that Wizards of the Coast released back in the spring. It lets one player take on multiple opponents with an additional 20 overpowered cards in his deck. There will be an 11-level single-player campaign for the Archenemy mode.

Three new decks, six single-player campaign levels, four new cards for each of the existing decks, more achievements, and new loading screens are also going to be added as well. A preview of six cards from a later expansion called "Inistrad" is also included.

The expansion will be available for PC, PlayStation 3, and Xbox 360 this fall. If you're at PAX Prime you'll be able to play it at the Magic booth.
