Twofish unveils new micro transaction middleware
software

NEWS - As anybody who's played games recently knows the big new trend for converting cash in your wallet to cash in game developers pockets is microtransactions.  These small transactions allow you to play games for "free" and then pay for little upgrades a long the way.  The folks at Twofish realize that not all developers have or want to have the expertise necessary to develop the software needed to handle these transactions so they have developed Twofish Elements, a middleware solution that will allow game developers to gorge themselves on the nickels, dimes, and five dollar bills  that flow through this new revenue stream. 

I'm always a bit wary of turnkey middleware solutions as they are usually jack of all trade and a master of none but this might be worth checking out if you're a small game developer who doesn't want to deal with the hassles of online transactions.

Ballonius
