Ladies and gentlemen, here's to Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition, the first million-selling title on the 3DS!

This doesn't come as much of a surprise, though. It's easily the best of the available launch titles and should remain THE game to buy for the 3DS, at least until Zelda drops. You can all breathe a sigh of relief that nintendogs + cats didn't hit that figure first (just don't tell Dale North I said that!).

Technically, SSFIV 3D merely shipped a million units, which could mean that sales directly to customers may be less. But what's the point of splitting hairs? It's not like game is gonna stop selling this second!

Chillingo recently (a week ago -- OLD!) released a trailer for its upcoming horror game D.A.R.K. It has more than a faint whiff of Dead Space about it, but if the company's past output is anything to go by, it'll be pretty damn good.

The trailer doesn't show much, but we know that it's about surviving against alien monstrosities in a game that mixes shooting and roleplaying elements.

I'm certainly looking on with interest!

I'll admit it -- seeing something about Kinect in my inbox that wasn't a user-made project or hack for once grabbed my attention. That something is PowerUp Heroes by Longtail Studios and Ubisoft.

In what will surely be a turnoff for many of you -- but a blessing for overall sales -- the game centers around Xbox Avatars. Described as a "full-body fighting game," you'll duke it out as either a superhero or a supervillain in one-on-one fights.

Interestingly enough, defeating opponents results in you acquiring their powers. Anyone else have the little Mega Man tune play in their mind?

Kinect owners, be on the lookout for PowerUp Heroes this June.

Pick Mega's new look for Mega Man Legends 3 screenshot

I'm super stoked that development on Mega Man Legends 3 has resumed after its temporary hiatus, especially considering its low position on Capcom's list of priorities. Now that the gears are turning once more, my eyes are peeled for even the slightest progress update.

Remember back when Capcom asked the fans to vote on the design of the game's new female co-star? This time, the dev team wants you to decide upon a redesign for the main man himself. Unlike before, there are only three picks to chose from and their variance is extremely subtle. At a quick glance, you may not even be able to spot any differences!

Design A is Mega Man as he appeared in Legends 2, while design B is a marginally more detailed version of A. Design C makes Mega look less robotic and more like a human wearing a suit of armor. My personal pick would be C, because I've never quite liked how much Mega looked like an action figure with big 'ol ball joints in the previous games.

Here's a TV spot for L.A. Noire. What this means is that's quite possibly shorter than the commercial that runs on our video player before we let you watch the actual footage, and we all know how much you love that!

Seriously though, please click it. It helps us pay for our meth.

The video does little to dampen the fire in my little acorn winkie that L.A. Noire has ignited. I think what I'm digging most is the voice acting, which sounds really damn good if you ask me. The game's out on May 17 in the US and May 20 in Europe. Not long now!
