NEWS - As a free-to-play online RTS, Company of Heroes Online really impressed me. It's still installed on my computer for the occassional foray into an online match. Now, everyone has a chance to play it for themselves because THQ launched an open beta. All are invited to choose Axis or Allies before jumping online and playing up to 4v4 on 17 different maps.

Don't forget that the single player campaign from Company of Heroes is also available to all who join the beta. If interested, be sure to create an account by September 8. Those that do so will get an in-game item pack that includes supply points (for the shop), free XP, one free hero unit, and one free army item. What are you waiting for? Get to it!
