Rock Band bands play for 90 straight hours in the name
of charity

NEWS - More Rock Band promotional events are in today's news. This event entails sixteen Rock Band bands who will compete to win the Guinness World Record for Longest Relay Rock Band Concert.

The event, The Rock-A-Thon, is another promotional event sponsored by Energizer Advanced Lithium. While their previous event was in the name of fame, this current one will be raising money for Child’s Play, the gamer’s charity.

The event begins this Friday, November 27th, at 12:05AM whereby Rock Band players will get on stage at the Meridian in Houston to partake in the 90-hour marathon.

Some more famous gamers will be joining the round of marathoners, including Prodigy X (Robert Paz), StaySlayer (Ciji Thorton), and Freddie Wong.

If you’re in the area, I suggest you make a visit as every fan attending the event will be one more dollar that Energizer will donate to Child’s Play, with a cap at $5,000. Read on for the concert details.
