NEWS - I'm not a big fan of unconfirmed rumors (speculation is a different story) but even less so of press releases containing an abundance of when, will, and "we look forward". The movie rights to Dark Void, to be published by Capcom, have been sold to the production Plan B Entertainment. The game hasn't been released yet and Capcom is already bragging about the first stages of a movie that may or may not be made (I'm looking at you Halo). Even more surprising is the hint that, since Brad Pitt is the owner of Plan B Entertainment, Mr. Pitt is the potential lead for the flick. Never mind the fact that the game wasn't developed with Mr. Pitt's likeness and voice in mind. The solution? If Brad Pitt does star in the movie adaptation he would have to wear that ridiculous helmet for the duration of the film.
