EA Jumps onto the Wii Fitness Bandwagon

NEWS - Electronic Arts announced today that they will be bringing EA Sports Active to the Nintendo Wii in Spring 2009 for $59.99. The title will be designed to provide workouts in varying lengths, allow for custom exercises and track progress. According to the release, this will be the first in a line of titles from EA for Sports and Fitness. I initially thought this was a shot across the bow of Wii Fit, but the game will incorporate the WiiFit Balance board and appears to be a highly interactive workout system.Comment
