NEWS - The Guinness Record Books are filled with interesting if sometimes pointless records. Well okay they're almost all pointless except for being a recorded statistic. Seriously how often do people remember the guy with the world's largest living bee beard? Anyway FOX is trying to get their own record into the books; that of the world's largest simultaneous dance mat routine. Why is FOX so gungho about getting this record? Well they're hosting the event and participants will be playing the game based on the television series So you think you can dance. One lucky participant will get a prize pack that will include a "video game console" (not too specific), a dance video game (again), and a 23" LCD flat screen television (no brand, can they get any more vague?). So if you haven't embarrassed yourself in a while by attempting to play a rhythm dance mat game or by admitting you watch So you think you can dance then by all means head to LA and participate in the record attempt on May 19. Make sure you pack plenty of odor eaters and a paper bag in case they are filming live.Comment
